Three filler training paths

Foundational, advanced, or lip-focused —
pick the right cohort

Beso Provider Hub runs three dermal filler courses for Scottsdale providers. New injectors start with Foundational. Experienced injectors expand into cannula, mid-face, and tear trough with the Advanced course. Lip Filler is a focused specialty course that can be taken on its own or bundled.

Why Scottsdale providers train here

Filler is a
complication-management skill

Filler injection is not primarily a technique problem — it is a complication-management problem. Vascular occlusion, tissue necrosis, blindness, and severe asymmetry are real events that happen in real practices. Scottsdale patients are high-visibility, litigation-aware, and quick to leave 1-star reviews when outcomes go wrong. Training with an active injector who has personally managed occlusions is not optional in this market.

Beso Provider Hub filler cohorts spend meaningful time on vascular occlusion recognition, hyaluronidase preparation and injection, and escalation protocols — not just aspiration drills. Every cohort has hyaluronidase on the tray. Every attendee runs the occlusion protocol. Every course covers documentation and the specific escalation pathway to have in place before an event occurs, not after.

Naomi teaches only techniques she uses in her own Scottsdale-metro patient base at Beso Wellness & Beauty. Cannula selection, product-per-zone decision framework, tear trough approach, and full-face harmonization are demonstrated on live patients under direct supervision — not on cadavers, not on models, and not on video.

Scottsdale-area filler revenue benchmarks

Filler treatment revenue in the Scottsdale market typically runs $700–$1,400 per syringe placed depending on product and provider positioning. Full-face harmonization packages (3–5 syringes over 2–3 sessions) are the anchor revenue driver in most established North Scottsdale practices — and the skill separating $150k-revenue injectors from $500k+ injectors.

Full practice authority in Arizona

Arizona is a full practice authority state. Board-certified NPs can independently prescribe filler and hyaluronidase and open independent aesthetic practices in Scottsdale. Read the AZ NP directorship guide →

Stack with Botox & PRP for lifetime value

Filler is the anchor aesthetic service, but Scottsdale patient lifetime value expands significantly when providers add Botox, PRP, and specialty services. Most Beso alumni stack 2–3 courses within 6–12 months. See all injectable courses →

Scottsdale-level scrutiny

6
Cap on cohort size

Hard cap of 6 providers per live patient session. Every attendee injects live patients under 1:1 supervision — and runs the vascular occlusion protocol with hyaluronidase on hand.

1
Instructor per cohort

Naomi Fayzulayev, FNP-C teaches every cohort. Full-face harmonization, cannula, tear trough, and mid-face techniques are demonstrated by the person who wrote the curriculum.

9+
Years actively injecting

Every filler technique in the curriculum is one Naomi uses at Beso Wellness & Beauty every week — reflecting current market technique, not outdated textbook approach.

100%
Live patient + VO drill

Every cohort includes live patient injection and a hands-on vascular occlusion response drill — hyaluronidase preparation, injection technique, and escalation protocol.

Which filler course is right?

Foundational vs. Advanced vs. Lip Filler

I did an online filler certificate first — total waste. The Beso Foundational cohort was the first time I actually placed filler on a real face with someone standing next to me. I came back three months later for Advanced. Best two courses I've taken.

Frequently asked

Scottsdale filler training questions

Where is dermal filler training held for Scottsdale providers?
All Beso Provider Hub dermal filler training is held in person at our Phoenix, AZ clinical facility at 4731 E Union Hills Dr, Suite 114 — approximately 20 minutes from North Scottsdale via the 101. Scottsdale providers make up a significant portion of every cohort. All sessions include live patient injection; there are no online-only cohorts.
Which filler course should a Scottsdale provider take first?
If you have not personally injected dermal filler before, start with the Foundational course — it covers HA science, facial anatomy, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, vascular occlusion recognition, and hyaluronidase management. If you have 6+ months of active filler injection experience and want to expand into mid-face, tear trough, jawline, and cannula technique, go directly to Advanced Filler. Providers focused specifically on lips can add the Lip Filler course as a specialty. Most Scottsdale providers stack Foundational + Lip Filler, then return for Advanced within 6–12 months.
Do you offer dermal filler training in Scottsdale itself?
Cohort training is centralized at our Phoenix facility because it is set up specifically for hands-on injection with live patients — dedicated procedure rooms, product supply, cannula and needle inventory, hyaluronidase on hand, and cohort staffing. The drive from most Scottsdale zip codes (85251, 85254, 85255, 85258, 85260, 85262) is 20–25 minutes via the 101 or Pima Rd. For established Scottsdale practices, private in-practice filler training and mentorship engagements are available on request — contact us to discuss.
Who teaches the dermal filler training?
Naomi Fayzulayev, FNP-C, teaches every cohort personally. Naomi is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 9+ years dedicated to advanced facial aesthetics, an active injector, and founder of Beso Wellness & Beauty. Every filler technique — including cannula, tear trough, mid-face, and full-face harmonization — is one she uses in her own Scottsdale-metro patient base.
What credentials do I need to attend filler training?
The courses are open to licensed healthcare providers: Nurse Practitioners (NPs, FNP-Cs, APRNs), Physician Assistants (PAs), Registered Nurses (RNs with appropriate supervision under AZ law), Medical Doctors (MDs, DOs), and dentists (DDS, DMD). Active, unencumbered licensure is required. Advanced Filler requires prior foundational filler training or 6+ months of active clinical filler experience.
How much does dermal filler training cost?
Foundational Dermal Filler is $2,000 per attendee. Advanced Dermal Filler & Cannula is $2,500. Lip Filler & Augmentation is $2,000. All prices are all-inclusive (course manual, all product used during hands-on sessions, certificate of completion, and meals). Multi-course bundle discounts are available for Scottsdale providers stacking Foundational + Lip Filler or Foundational + Advanced.
How many attendees are in each filler cohort?
Cohorts are capped at 6 providers per live patient session. This is a hard cap — it protects the quality of the hands-on portion and ensures every attendee injects live patients under direct supervision, and gets time practicing cannula insertion, hyaluronidase preparation, and vascular occlusion protocol drills.
Is complication management covered?
Yes — thoroughly. Every filler course covers vascular occlusion recognition, hyaluronidase dosing and injection technique, escalation to emergency care, and documentation. The Advanced course goes deeper into high-risk anatomy (tear trough, temple, glabella) where occlusion risk is highest. Complication management is the single most important reason to train with an active injector rather than an online program.
