Dermal filler training for
Scottsdale, AZ providers
Hands-on dermal filler training for licensed Scottsdale providers — foundational HA filler, advanced cannula & full-face, and lip filler courses with live patient injection. Cohorts of 6, taught by Naomi Fayzulayev, FNP-C, at our Phoenix clinical facility, approximately 20 minutes from North Scottsdale via the 101. Scottsdale providers make up a significant portion of every cohort we run.
Foundational, advanced, or lip-focused —
pick the right cohort

Filler is a
complication-management skill
Filler injection is not primarily a technique problem — it is a complication-management problem. Vascular occlusion, tissue necrosis, blindness, and severe asymmetry are real events that happen in real practices. Scottsdale patients are high-visibility, litigation-aware, and quick to leave 1-star reviews when outcomes go wrong. Training with an active injector who has personally managed occlusions is not optional in this market.
Beso Provider Hub filler cohorts spend meaningful time on vascular occlusion recognition, hyaluronidase preparation and injection, and escalation protocols — not just aspiration drills. Every cohort has hyaluronidase on the tray. Every attendee runs the occlusion protocol. Every course covers documentation and the specific escalation pathway to have in place before an event occurs, not after.
Naomi teaches only techniques she uses in her own Scottsdale-metro patient base at Beso Wellness & Beauty. Cannula selection, product-per-zone decision framework, tear trough approach, and full-face harmonization are demonstrated on live patients under direct supervision — not on cadavers, not on models, and not on video.
Filler treatment revenue in the Scottsdale market typically runs $700–$1,400 per syringe placed depending on product and provider positioning. Full-face harmonization packages (3–5 syringes over 2–3 sessions) are the anchor revenue driver in most established North Scottsdale practices — and the skill separating $150k-revenue injectors from $500k+ injectors.
Arizona is a full practice authority state. Board-certified NPs can independently prescribe filler and hyaluronidase and open independent aesthetic practices in Scottsdale. Read the AZ NP directorship guide →
Filler is the anchor aesthetic service, but Scottsdale patient lifetime value expands significantly when providers add Botox, PRP, and specialty services. Most Beso alumni stack 2–3 courses within 6–12 months. See all injectable courses →
Filler cohorts built for
Scottsdale-level scrutiny
Hard cap of 6 providers per live patient session. Every attendee injects live patients under 1:1 supervision — and runs the vascular occlusion protocol with hyaluronidase on hand.
Naomi Fayzulayev, FNP-C teaches every cohort. Full-face harmonization, cannula, tear trough, and mid-face techniques are demonstrated by the person who wrote the curriculum.
Every filler technique in the curriculum is one Naomi uses at Beso Wellness & Beauty every week — reflecting current market technique, not outdated textbook approach.
Every cohort includes live patient injection and a hands-on vascular occlusion response drill — hyaluronidase preparation, injection technique, and escalation protocol.
Foundational vs. Advanced vs. Lip Filler
Most Scottsdale providers ask which course they should take first. This is the decision framework — based on your current injection experience, the anatomical areas you plan to treat, and your revenue goals for the next 12 months.

|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | New filler injectors | Injectors with 6+ mo experience | Any provider focused on lips |
| Areas covered | Nasolabial, marionette, chin | Mid-face, tear trough, jawline, temple, full-face | Lip zones, Russian & classic technique |

| Complication depth | Recognition + hyaluronidase | Deep — high-risk anatomy | Lip-specific VO protocol |
| Price | $2,000 | $2,500 | $2,000 |
| Prerequisite | Active license | 6+ mo filler experience | Active license |

I did an online filler certificate first — total waste. The Beso Foundational cohort was the first time I actually placed filler on a real face with someone standing next to me. I came back three months later for Advanced. Best two courses I've taken.
