Two Botox training paths

Beginner or advanced —
pick the right cohort

Beso Provider Hub runs two Botox courses. Scottsdale providers new to neuromodulator injection start with the Beginner course. Providers with 12+ months of active injection experience who want to expand into masseter, lower face, and specialty applications go directly to the Advanced course.

Why Scottsdale providers train here

Scottsdale is a
credentials-first market

Scottsdale has one of the highest concentrations of medical aesthetic practices in Arizona, and one of the most credential-sensitive patient bases in the Southwest. Scottsdale patients research their injectors. They ask where you trained, they read reviews, and they compare providers across Old Town, North Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley before they book. A weekend Botox certificate does not carry weight in this market.

Providers coming into Scottsdale need training that produces real clinical technique — not slide decks and shared cadaver time. Beso Provider Hub caps cohorts at 6 attendees per live patient session so every Scottsdale provider gets meaningful injection time on real patients under direct supervision. There are no online-only tracks and no adjunct instructors.

Every technique taught is one Naomi actively uses at Beso Wellness & Beauty. When a Scottsdale provider leaves the cohort, they leave with hands-on injection experience, a documented dosing library, and the clinical judgment to manage the complications that happen when injecting live faces — not just the theory of them.

Scottsdale-area injectable market

Botox and neuromodulators are the #1 non-surgical aesthetic procedure in the U.S., with average treatment revenue of $400–$800 per patient visit in the Scottsdale market. High rebooking rates and low consumable cost make neuromodulator the anchor service in most independent practices.

Full practice authority in Arizona

Arizona is a full practice authority state. Board-certified NPs can prescribe, diagnose, and open independent practices — including in Scottsdale. Many of the highest-revenue medspas in North Scottsdale are NP-owned. Read the AZ NP directorship guide →

Add clinical depth beyond Botox

Scottsdale patients reward providers who offer specialty services beyond neuromodulator — dermal filler, PRP, hormone optimization, and sexual wellness. Once Botox technique is established, most Scottsdale injectors stack additional courses. See all injectable courses →

What makes this different

Cohort design built for
Scottsdale-level scrutiny

6
Cap on cohort size

Hard cap of 6 providers per live patient session — not a marketing number. Every attendee gets injection time on live patients under direct 1:1 supervision.

1
Instructor per cohort

Naomi Fayzulayev, FNP-C teaches every cohort personally. No adjunct trainers, no rotating faculty — the person who wrote the curriculum is the person injecting alongside you.

9+
Years actively injecting

Every technique in the curriculum is one Naomi still uses at Beso Wellness & Beauty every week. Curriculum reflects current market technique, not textbook technique from a decade ago.

100%
Live patient injection

There are no online-only or observation-only cohorts. Every Scottsdale provider who attends injects live patients under supervision as part of the tuition.

Scottsdale-area commute

~20 minutes from
most Scottsdale zip codes

Beso Provider Hub's training location sits at 4731 E Union Hills Dr in north Phoenix — a short drive up the 101 from Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the North Valley communities. The chart at right shows approximate drive times from the major Scottsdale zip codes to our facility during a typical weekday.

Cohorts are scheduled with attention to Scottsdale-area traffic patterns — hands-on sessions do not begin at rush hour, and lunch is included so attendees do not need to leave the facility mid-day.

I looked at three programs before I picked Beso. The cohort cap was the deciding factor — I actually got to inject, not just watch. Two months in and I'm running my own Botox appointments in Scottsdale with real confidence.

Frequently asked

Scottsdale Botox training questions

Where is Botox training held for Scottsdale providers?
All Beso Provider Hub Botox training is held in person at our Phoenix, AZ clinical facility at 4731 E Union Hills Dr, Suite 114 — approximately 20 minutes from North Scottsdale via the 101. Scottsdale providers make up a significant portion of every cohort. All sessions include live patient injection; there are no online-only cohorts.
Do you offer Botox training in Scottsdale itself?
Cohort training is centralized at our Phoenix facility because it is set up specifically for hands-on injection with live patients — dedicated procedure rooms, product supply, emergency response setup, and cohort staffing. The drive from most Scottsdale zip codes (85251, 85254, 85255, 85258, 85260, 85262) is 20–25 minutes via the 101 or Pima Rd. For established Scottsdale practices, private in-practice training and mentorship engagements are available on request — contact us to discuss.
Who teaches the Botox training?
Naomi Fayzulayev, FNP-C, teaches every cohort personally. Naomi is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 9+ years dedicated to advanced facial aesthetics, an active injector, and founder of Beso Wellness & Beauty. Every technique taught is one she uses in her own clinic — no adjunct instructors, no rotating trainers.
What credentials do I need to attend?
The courses are open to licensed healthcare providers: Nurse Practitioners (NPs, FNP-Cs, APRNs), Physician Assistants (PAs), Registered Nurses (RNs with appropriate supervision under AZ law), Medical Doctors (MDs, DOs), and dentists (DDS, DMD). Active, unencumbered licensure is required. Contact us if you are unsure whether your credential qualifies.
How much does Botox training cost?
The foundational Botox Beginner course is $1,500 per attendee, all-inclusive (course manual, all supplies and products used during hands-on sessions, certificate of completion, and meals). Advanced Botox is priced separately — contact us for the current advanced course fee. Group discounts are available for 2 or more Scottsdale providers enrolling together.
How many attendees are in each cohort?
Cohorts are capped at 6 providers per live patient session. This is a hard cap — it protects the quality of the hands-on portion and ensures every attendee gets meaningful injection time on live patients under direct supervision. Cohorts fill on a rolling basis; Scottsdale-area providers typically inquire 2–6 weeks ahead.
Should I take the Beginner or Advanced course first?
If you have not personally injected neuromodulator on a patient before, start with the Beginner course — it covers upper-face anatomy, dosing framework, consultation structure, and complication management foundation. If you have 12+ months of active neuromodulator injection experience and want to expand into masseter, lower face, hyperhidrosis, and specialty applications, go directly to the Advanced course. Providers unsure of the right fit are welcome to book a discovery call to discuss their case volume.
Is CE credit provided?
A certificate of completion is provided for every attendee. CE credit eligibility varies by state licensing board — check with the Arizona State Board of Nursing (or your own state's board) before enrolling if CE credit is required for your renewal cycle.
