Who is the Business Academy designed for? +
Licensed providers — NPs, PAs, RNs, MDs, dentists — who are either preparing to launch a medspa or already operating one and want to fix specific parts of the business (pricing, retention, social media, first-patient acquisition). Workshops are not designed for non-clinical entrepreneurs or aesthetician-only practices.
Are workshops live or self-paced? +
Workshops are live cohort-based. Each workshop runs once or twice per quarter with a small group, taught by Naomi directly. Cohort sizes are intentionally limited to keep the format interactive. Replays are available to enrolled participants for the duration of the cohort, but the value is in the live sessions and Q&A.
Do I need an active medspa to attend? +
No. Workshops like First 10 Patients and Pricing & Consultations are explicitly designed for pre-launch providers. Patient Retention & Membership and Instagram & Social Media are more useful once you have an open practice. The flagship Injector Business Foundations workshop covers the full arc — useful at any stage.
How is this different from generic medspa business courses online? +
Most online medspa business courses are taught by people who have never owned a medspa, or who run a single clinic and treat the course as a marketing channel. The Beso Business Academy is taught by an active medspa owner-operator (15+ years, currently running Beso Wellness & Beauty in Phoenix) and the content is updated based on what is actually working in her practice this quarter — not what worked in 2018.
Can I bundle workshops? +
Yes. Most providers take Injector Business Foundations as the flagship and add 1–2 specialty workshops (Pricing, Patient Retention, Instagram, or First 10 Patients) at a bundle discount. Discovery calls help match the right combination to your stage.
Are CE/CME credits offered? +
Business Academy workshops are operational/business education and do not currently offer CE or CME credits. For CE-eligible clinical training (Botox, filler, sexual wellness, hormones, PRP), see the Beso course catalog. Many providers combine clinical CE training with non-credit business workshops in the same visit.
