That’s why providers fly in. Every Beso Provider Hub course — Botox, dermal filler, lip filler, and sexual wellness (O-Shot and P-Shot) — centers on live patient injection under direct supervision, not passive observation, in cohorts of about six. You leave having actually treated patients, with protocols and documentation you can put to work the day you get home.

Training is led by Naomi Fayzulayev, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 15+ years of clinical experience who runs an active injection practice at Beso Wellness & Beauty. For sexual wellness, she is an officially certified O-Shot and P-Shot instructor through the Cellular Medicine Association — a certification recognized nationwide, so providers from any state earn credentials they can use at home.

Scope of practice is where out-of-state providers need to plan ahead. Attending training does not require an Arizona license — you inject under supervision during the course. But how you practice back home is governed by your own state board, and many states require a Medical Director or physician supervision for RN and NP injectors. Can providers from other states train with Beso?
Yes. Licensed providers fly in from across the country — California, Florida, Texas, and many other states — to train hands-on in Phoenix. All courses include live patient injection in small cohorts of about six.
Do I need an Arizona license to attend?
No. Training is clinical education — during the hands-on course you inject live patients under Naomi Fayzulayev, FNP-C’s direct supervision. You do not need an Arizona license to attend. You practice in your home state under your own active license and your state board’s scope-of-practice rules.
Will the certificate let me inject in my home state?
Your certificate documents the hands-on training and live-patient injection you completed. Whether and how you can practice is governed by your home state’s board and, in many states, a Medical Director or physician supervision requirement for RN and NP injectors. We help you understand what to verify in your state before you begin.
What’s the nearest airport and how long is training?
Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) is about 25 minutes from the facility at 4731 E Union Hills Dr in north Phoenix. Most courses run one to two days, and many providers combine modalities across consecutive days to make one trip count.
Can I combine multiple courses in one trip?
Yes. Out-of-state providers frequently bundle courses across consecutive days — for example Botox and filler, or an aesthetic course plus O-Shot or P-Shot — so one trip to Phoenix covers multiple certifications.
