What you learn in the
Facial Balancing course
Facial balancing is a way of planning, not a single treatment. The course starts with how to assess the whole face and ends with a staged plan you can use on your next patient, with filler, neuromodulators and threads each placed where they do the most good.
Technique is learned by repetition under observation, so the day is built around supervised hands-on practice with live patients. Your license and the orders you work under set what you may do afterward; a certificate does not expand scope.
- Reading the face as a whole: proportions, symmetry, profile and frontal views, and how features relate rather than treating them in isolation
- Skeletal support, soft-tissue volume and the aging pattern behind what the patient sees
- Setting goals and expectations in the consultation, including when to treat less or decline
- Photo standards, measurement and documentation before treatment
- Facial layers, retaining ligaments, danger zones and the vascular and nerve anatomy that matter for each area
- Needle versus cannula: choosing by area, product and plane
- Recognizing and managing vascular occlusion, with hyaluronidase protocols and when to escalate
- Why sequencing and depth decisions reduce risk
- Where support is lost first and how to restore it: temple, cheek, midface, chin and jawline
- Product selection by area and the role of rheology in lift versus volume
- Building a plan in the right order, so each step supports the next
- Avoiding overfilling and common correction mistakes
- The eight-point approach: where each point sits and what it is meant to support
- Volume and product strategy per point, and how to adapt it to different faces and ages
- Combining the points with the rest of the plan rather than running it as a template
- Live-patient practice of the technique under supervision
- Masseter, DAO, mentalis, platysma and chin dimpling: when neuromodulators change the balance of the lower face
- How neuromodulator and filler decisions affect each other, and what to do first
- Dosing principles, assessment and avoiding unwanted effects
- Follow-up timing and refinement
- Assessing chin projection, the pre-jowl sulcus and jawline definition
- Filler technique for the chin and jaw, including cannula and needle options
- Recognizing when the concern is skeletal, dental or submental fat and when to refer
- Planning the profile so the result looks natural from every angle
- Patient selection and contraindications
- Thread types and how they are used: smooth, cog and screw designs
- Vectors, entry points, depth and placement technique
- Aftercare, expected course, complications and how to manage them
- Product choice varies by manufacturer; confirm what your license, employer and carrier allow
- Consent forms and documentation for filler, neuromodulators and threads
- Pricing and packaging a full-face plan, and consultation scripts
- Complication readiness: protocols, supplies and follow-up
- Sequencing multiple visits and keeping the plan on track
One plan, several tools
A repeatable way to assess the whole face, plan treatment and set expectations.
A structured eight-point filler approach to restore support and lift, adapted to the individual patient.
Temple, cheek, midface, chin and jawline, with product selection by area.
Masseter, DAO, mentalis, platysma and chin dimpling for lower-face balance.
Profile and jawline planning, including when to refer.
Selection, vectors, depth, aftercare and complication management.
Built for injectors who are
ready to plan the whole face
If you treat lips, lines and cheeks separately, balancing teaches you to plan across the face so each treatment supports the next.
The 8-point lift and PDO threads give patients who want lift without surgery a structured option within your scope.
A balancing consultation and a staged plan can anchor higher-value, multi-visit treatment plans.
Technique is learned by repetition under observation, so the hands-on portion is the core of the day.

Meet Naomi
Naomi Fayzulayev, FNP-C
Founder, Beso Wellness & Beauty · Board-Certified Family Nurse PractitionerNaomi founded Beso Wellness and Beauty to close the gap between clinical training and real-world practice — offering the kind of hands-on, small-group instruction she wished she had when she started. With over 15 years of clinical experience and deep roots in regenerative and aesthetic medicine, she brings active, practicing expertise to every course she teaches.
Her approach is integrative: combining conventional medicine with evidence-based wellness therapies to address root causes, not symptoms. As a Certified Trainer for the Cellular Medicine Association (CMA), Naomi personally trains other medical providers in advanced procedures including the O-Shot® and P-Shot® — a credential held by a small number of practitioners nationally. She holds advanced certifications in functional medicine, hormone optimization, and advanced medical aesthetics, and is known for her meticulous technique and the warm, patient-centered environment she creates in every training session.
She believes a well-trained provider is the foundation of a well-run practice. Every course she teaches reflects that: small cohorts, live patients, real feedback, and the business context to use the skills you leave with.
